About Me
Like many other people, I lead a very busy and complicated life. I am part of the “sandwich generation.” I have two children, ages 11 and 13, and I take care of my mom who has Alzheimer’s disease. Between working a full-time job, taking Mom and the kids to medical appointments, and chauffeuring the kids to all of their activities, I barely have time to breath! I decided to start this blog because I know that many of us don’t take the time we should to take care of ourselves.
